Atlas

The premiere issue of Atlas is a tour of a few of the culture changers in the American craft community, including features on the history of Heath Ceramics with photographs of their production process in their Sausalito, California studio. The magazine also visits creative collector and purveyor Matt Winter in his army barrack full of oddities. Fashion designer Samantha Pleet is followed on an inspiration trip around New York City. Every issue contained a different page from the original 1957 atlas that initially inspired the magazine.
